He is doing good if that is his only problem and there seems to be no reason to think he has any other problems.
As for hillwhorie's extreme obesity, that is not her only problem and it is likely there is more than pneumonia.
I wonder if she will be able to stand up for the entire length of the debate?

When you (men) buy a pair of pants, your waist measurement should equal your inseam length. If your waist size is less than your inseam, there's a good chance you are underweight. If your waist measures more than your inseam, you are probably overweight. This varies slightly, but not more than two inches. So if you have an inseam of 34", which seems about right for Duck-Fuck--maybe 36", but let's say 34"--then if his waist measures 36" or more he's fat. Too fat to be healthy at his age, IMO.
