You would almost have to be suicidal about your own credibility to go on national television and intentionally misstate what Hillary has ,or does not have, on her website.  Any idiot could expose the “lie” in five seconds.  

          Seems more likely to me that Ivanka was just negligent here – she probably relied on some other dufus to tell her what was on the website
