With the proliferation of sites such as seekingarrangement.com, I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts on the the pros and cons of these arrangements compared to the Provider experience.
In my experience both situations have pluses and minuses..I guess it depends on what you're feeling up for at that point in life.
Not that every SB arrangement is as 'intimate' physically, but there is some value for a monthly stipend of 5K-10k a month as opposed to 'a la carte' rates for a provider which can run 3k-5k per night.
However, I know of SB/SD arrangement which start off very NSA and eventually turn sticky and complicated. So I believe providers are more apt to lead to less potential problems in that regard.
That being said...I tend to prefer on-going relationships with providers...I live in Santa Barbara and New York and tend to see the same groups of women in both SoCal and NYC. Additionally on a couple of occasions providers have offered a fixed monthly rate as our relationship has progressed.
I guess on a spectrum with 1 being keeping it fairly episodic fun and business..10 being a full relationship with added element of financial support, I would fall around 7-8. I like friendships, and am able to keep them within mutually agreed upon parameters.

The SB thing can work out great at a 7-8 level but you must be prepared to cut it off quickly if she starts to get too close wanting more. One nice thing about an SB is we would do dinners or fun outings generally off the clock, and the evenings we got together there was no clock watching
MimiLAX was an SB of mine, found on CL, starting at least six months before she became known on this board and became a legend. so be careful that you don't get one that is such a bomb that she can become provider, a legend, and then rarely have time for you

When those sugar daddy sites started in 2006 the men sought out a "true" sugar baby. A sugar daddy is a wealthy guy who makes over 200,000 a year or born into a millionaire family. He isn't emotionally prepared for marriage,an exclusive relationship or the b.s that "needy" civies put him thru. In exchange he seeks out a lady between the age of 19-50 depending upon his taste,sexual needs and the agreed arrangement. That he is not seeking a relationship that most females wish that will develop into a "here come's the bride" scenerio. He may want to see her only on weekends,four to six times a month. Hopefully if he's a man of his word and not stringing her along she will be given a car(leased) for six months. An apartment or condo that he pay's the rent on. A credit card account were she can charge only so much for gas,clothes,grocery and emergency. Most sugar dads may have more than one lady and she may be aware or maybe not? Key to success is full disclosure and honesty. The proverbial envelope allows both parties not to loose the perspective of boundaries in my opinion.
I've been seeing several of my patrons for almost 4 years by now and we usually spend several days together every 4-6 weeks. Are they clients? Yes, when I am seeing them in professional capacity they are. However, I also consider them my friends.

I can travel and I am very reasonable. I have been on one of those sites and to me they seem like more men that want money from me! With you living in two areas and the stickiness factor of course I would vote for providers. I find when I travel that many men are looking for women that are closer to their age so I am a rare commodity being in shape, classy, and beautiful (I've been told I can say that!) So that is why I need to travel more. I used to live there so I would be happy to come up any weekend for the next couple of months. Weekdays are limited until August.
