If I see a provider I reviewed a year or so ago, and want to see and review her again, how would I do that? I've seen her a handful of times since then.

If something has changed since your last review.
If she has a new look, if she offers different services, if you saw her in a double,
something that would differentiate her from when you reviewed her last.
idea is that her promoters don't review her over and over so she pops up
on page 1 from the same reviewers.
