Private Viewing, which strictly speaking means she does a private strip show but doesn't touch you and so is a legal cover... though in VA I believe 'bawdy house' rules would still nail them. In practice, its a rub and a tug, a massage and happy ending. How much you can touch back and where and with what parts of your body, whether the girl gets entirely in her birthday suit or retains lingerie is all up in the air. There is variation in the menu at various PV places. Usually a strip tease, lap dance, and HJTC are included.
There is also variation in kissing, from none on the mouth, to LFK, to DFK. And YMMV may apply--as it does in the hobby.
And there is variation in extras. Some places have none; some offer a lot, perhaps at a high cost.
