I guess I am in panic mode - since I have limited windows and spend more time trying to make arrangements - I might as well be talking to airline representative in India - sorry! I just had to ask this question - again a newbie thing - but I guess at work I set up appoinments ahead of time - so agencies offer email - yet when I email, they seldom respond! And then when I call in advance - I was told I only call the day of the appointment? So I am confused - I know there is privacy and protection thing - but I have a limited window and I was concered that the individual I really wanted to see I couldn't? I say to myself - back off a little - after all there is discretion - but how does this work? Do I only call that morning and hope for the best?
Any advice in this area? I have worked through most of it - and I know it will get better over time!
I've encountered the same situation. I also have a very busy schedule, and I would much rather set something up in advance so that I can block out the time in my work schedule.
But not many of the providers I've seen seem to want to work that way, and some of the schedulers I've worked with will only do same-day or next-day appointments. When I want to see one of those providers, I just keep trying to hold onto those two hours in my work schedule, and hope for the best when I call. Sometimes it just hasn't worked out, and I've had to go to my second or third choice, or I've had to put it off until the following week. And other than screening, I've pretty much given up on e-mails for setting up appointments.
What makes it more difficult for me is that usually the only time I can see a provider is around lunch time, so calling in the morning for a same-day appointment can be even more difficult.
On the other hand, I can see the provider's viewpoint -- they don't want to reserve a time a week in advance for someone they haven't met. Maybe when I become a regular they might be more willing to do that for me.

One of the reasons women choose escorting is for the flexibility it affords. I deal with a good agency and a good indy gal and both will book an appointment for me a few days to a week in advance. That being said, sometimes they have to cancel. This is a part of the hobby that men just need to be understanding about. Providers and agencies get busy and it seems that emails going unanswered is fairly common place.
Honestly, I wouldn't be too thrilled about any agency that will only accept appointments the morning of. You may want to consider other options.

I was coming in from out of town and actually got told - we don't book until that day! The lady I wanted to see didn't begin appointments until 6PM and I only had a few hours in a tight timeframe! It worked itself out - but I didn't want to have to begin a search all over again - and I was in panic mode! This will get better over time which is Why I asked the question!
because there are no providers in my area (I have to drive at least two hours) then I make all my appointments in advance, I have never had any luck with agencies so I have stop trying and I stay with indy. Those who are well reviewed never seem to have a problem with booking in advance, most will keep in light until you confirm, mostly the day before and again the day of.
