I agree that this request is no more odd than someone asking for a Spanish, French, Yiddish, or Chinese speaking provider. Or I suppose someone asking for an English speaking provider in a non English speaking country.

There used to be a dynamite part-Middle Eastern, Arabic speaking beauty - tall, thin, beautiful model type - she advertised in body rubs but was open to other if the circumstances were right.
