Once you've read and understand then do as the other poster said. Click on the ad boards, click on Atlanta Ad Board, click on the New Thread button and compose and post your ad.
This "provider" has never, ever, ever, ever, ever posted on TER before, but suddenly, hours after BP is censored, comes here, to the Atlanta board to ask what's next.

I think the way to go is find a favorite or two and stick with them for a while.
