She was visiting me on outcall.  Town died in a blizzard.  She had no real reason to try and leave (lived alone, took cab to visit me, etc) so she just decided to stay.  We ordered dinner and wine, watched some movies, had a wonderful extended evening.  In morning I drove her home (was renting a huge SUV).    

It was a totally great time.  But I was a serious regular with her so much it made sense. She only wanted comped on a second hour of time vs say an overnite but I think it had more to do with my place was better than hers for being at during a blizzard.    

Several other times, the lady did everything possible to leave early and performance was seriously distracted by weather concerns,  in Atlanta the way traffic goes ugly if a leaf falls, I think this is the normal outcome

Overall I would say bad weather is a cause of poorer outcomes, not surprising better ines
