HRC landslide ?

I keep hearing that the business communities overwhelmingly favor Clinton, which is oft repeated news, of course, because in most elections business favors the Republican candidate.

I don't doubt the veracity of Pamela Engle's article nor Quinnipiac University's poll, but the questions that obviously were asked seem to me to be a little loaded at this stage of the campaigns.

For example:
66% say Clinton is dishonest.

For nearly four years the Republicans have been doing everything possible to broadcast their assertion that Hillary lied about Benghazi and about her emails, and everyone has been exposed to those stories as they are resurrected monthly to find some kind evidence that the Republican Investigators are right. So when people are asked, "Do you think Hillary Clinton is dishonest?" It is pretty certain that the majority will answer affirmatively.

I think the rest of the findings would require a similar kind of questioning to get predictable answers. And that's true for both candidates. A year ago that might not be true, but today it looks that way.

The exact percentages are interesting. And maybe it is interesting that there are no truly interesting surprises.

But that Business Insider runs this story is not surprising.

66 % may say Clinton is dishonest, but who do they trust more on specifics or governing? Not, so much, Trump! ;)
