Broad but great question searching for the next elites, a long shot, it is hard to determine them by just one category, like, appearances, donations, education, intelligence, experiences, performances and menus, there's a lot of factors being an elite. If you've been with the majority of the existing "elites" right now, you'll find the similarity of their characteristics, first most of them only advertised on the high end of the industry, like EG, GLS Elite VIP, TER & maybe Slixa so,so but, just to name a few, they have their own personal websites well constructed marketing ads about their products that gives you the "When Harry meets Sally" effects, possesses a highly confident individuals, strong minded ladies, loves the industry, educated or not but has a lot of skills understanding and communicating with their clients, direct, concise, caring and ample amount of sense of humor, great respect of privacy, requires references and sometimes with cautions and a lot of follow up questions willing to welcome a newbie, spent a lot of time about their attires and appearances, books only in the highest end of accommodations, and you can tell that they have acquired a well sustainable job and longevity in the business, just the way they respect you no matter what's your status as a client, this is just a few of what you can expect from them not to badmouth, judgemental nor arrogant and on the other hand, you might find them from other sites but your odds of finding one is not on your favor, reasons are, most don't have the qualities of really being an "elite", whether they are inexperience, young or too young, unprofessional, still learning and have no idea what is the industry all about, pretty much a possers, have no clues or ideas to be an "elite", thought that they have all the controls, rigid, can not communicate properly, and you can tell most has a very low or poor self steem, lacks understanding about the industry how it works, don't respect of themselves or their clients, sometimes vulgar how to market themselves, gives you the "Forest Gump box of chocolate effect. So my take on this is, your best shot is thru referrals, most elite has either a few friends UTR's that are trying to get in the business testing the waters, in some sort, not bad to asked when you date and elite if she has a referrals, or most of the commercially run escort services like FM, ZL, XO Ref and others I can't name them all, sometimes plenty of UTR's I believed they are the next generations of elites, still learning the ropes there until they gain confidence about themselves and become independents, that's the best way for me to search my man, good luck and keep us posted and share.
