If you wanna play, you gotta see people who have lots of reviews from trusted sources.

And I agree.  It's wrong to paint an entire industry with the "human trafficking" brush.

ever wonder who is lurking?  Saw an article in the Wash Post that referenced TER and quoted from this very discussion board on article about crack down in the District.  The area is H-O-T hot.  Be careful, and discrete, including right here

are here on the boards to judge us, entrap us and generally tell us what we can and cannot do with our own bodies and our own money.

LE will always and continually plan and conduct stings, and they will always publicize them to justify their budgets and grease the puritanical "squeaky wheels". And sex sells newspapers (and just about anything else, too).

To all of them I say: Stay out of my bedroom and out of my pants.

Be careful and discrete, yes; but never be afraid of being outspoken about something you believe in - otherwise we will all always be victims of those who shout their claim of being "right" the loudest.

All of us awful people on sites such as this one deplore real human trafficking and many actively work against it. I get so, so sick of the further exploitation of the truly trafficked by people who label all participation as trafficking--simply taking advantage of a buzzword to push an agenda.

If one can't distinguish between someone forced into an activity and a willing participant making a smart business decision, who is educated, proactive, running a schedule and website and other parts of a successful business that these critics have no capability of doing, then ... I guess you peddle your BS to willing listeners with their own agendas.

reminds me of the late 90's as a teen. thought prostitutes were on street corners till the news told be about craigslist and back-pages, hahaha. And once i got much older I realized BP wasn't one big sting just cause it was advertised on TV...but the seed had already be planted. :-P

I remember is was articles like this that got me into the hobby in the first place.

For me, safety and security are paramount.  Articles like this and tv documentaries opened my eyes to the fact that good online resources existed to vet and provide some level of safety.
