It's was a logical based inquiry. One poster said that blacks in this country have it harder than any one else. Considering there are a limited amount of resources, financial and natural.

There is no place in the world where a black person lives better then in the USA. If in doubt ask any black person who traveled the world (well, ok, maybe in Canada they have it better but there aren't that many black people living in Canada, right?).
It doesn't mean however that this is the place where black people are the happiest. For example they seem much happier in Brazil then here. On the other hand almost everybody seem to be much happier in Brazil then here.
What does one have to do with the other? Something critically wrong with your logic or lack thereof.

While I think that Obama was the worst president for race relations he was the best thing that ever happened to black community in America. His mere existence gave much of black youth the sense of confidence, of self-worth did a lot to diminish their indigenous inferiority complex. So now when I go to Best Buy, Staples and Radio Shack I see as many pleasant and competent black kids working there as I do white kids. I haven't seen that 10 years ago

When the Government will have to spend money on them. There is only so much to go around.

Let's take it a notch farther though. What did he mean by "have worse than anyone in America"? Perception-wise? How non-blacks think about blacks and consequently react to them, treat them, etc as compared to other racial groups? I don't think you'd argue with that, would you? And you know how it is: perception is reality.
Has it gotten better in relation to what it was 20 years ago? I don't think you'd find many black people who'd tell you otherwise.

For starters, they are coming to America, from Syria, the U.S. population will grow by however many refugees enter the U.S. That's population growth.
Second, if people are scared of Muslims, Sunni, or Shia, I don't think it matters which, if you fear Muslims, and can move you probably will. That's growth.
Why else would a nation of all nationalities be created, if it wasn't to promote financial growth. Why else would racism be covered 24/7 whether it be in print, on television, or on the internet.
That's why the English came to America to create a new nation, and grow the British Empire. American independence has been a charade since day one. That's why they're our number one ally.
If you don't believe any of that, why create a nation excepting of all Religions, if it wouldn't cause conflict among the population, causing people to escape other peoples beliefs?

The number of refugees is around 10,000 in a population of 300 million. It is insignificant in its impact on anything in this country. Also, most of these Muslims are being settled in area with other Muslims. Are you aware that this country has many prosperous Muslim communities? So no one will be moving on.
Finally, this nation was not originally created to be a "nation of all nationalities." Go read American history before embarrassing yourself further.
