I never do this. Never ever ever. I broke my rule and accepted an appointment with a 25yr old.  
Oh what a mistake.  
The date has never happened and the continuous emailing about some drama was over the top for me.  
Live and learn.  
No more boys...  

Any men out there? ;

I have the exact same rule Z. Although I'm greatly tempted by a few twentysomethings, I've held firm. I can wait until they turn thirtysomething. But for me, there's also a small issue. Some of the thirtysomethings advertise as twentysomethings, confusing the heck out of me. It becomes ever more difficult when they use older pics. One must be ever discerning

... but yikes sorry you had to deal with that. Sending positive vibes your way though :). It's probably safe to assume he'll be the same in 15-20yrs if someone doesn't check him about that soon lol. He might just need a pen-pal (or trained therapist) more than an escort.

I agree the young guys are the less ideal but I have met mature, respectful wonderful guys  22 and up and I had a ex long term arrangement with a 65 year old who was obsessive, compulsive, needy, clingy...  

so age is not a indicator all the time
