i know that this is pointless speculation but i've been wondering: do the super-rich high rollers fish from the same pond as the rest of us?  those multi-millionaire businessmen who think nothing of spending a few hundred thousand in a night are so mythologized in tv and film, with their handlers getting everything they want--do they dip into some off-the-radar elite A++ list of supermodel providers?  or do they sweat through emails and phone calls and verifications like the rest of us, etc?  
   Don't flame me--i'm not saying it's actually possible to top (if that's the best word) the Vegas elite we know (LJ, Nikki, etc).  I'm sure it can't get better.  Still, we know that the rich are different from you and me, and i'm wondering if they're different in this, too.  (And how would we know?)
