The funniest part is the age restriction on black men...I still don't know the difference between an under 35 black man and an under 35 White/Asian/Hispanic man.  

All those hipster irregardless of race seem the same to me. They all may need to wash their beards....and need a wet wipe to clean the sweat from the skinny jeans, lol.

I’ve been told the difference is supposed to be that young Black men are rougher, cruder, more disrespectful of women, more likely to rob, etc. Unfortunately, that leaves the young Black attorney, accountant, IT professional, grad student, etc. $#!+ out of luck.  

Oh, wait, they’re not supposed to exist. I forgot all young Black men live like they’re in a hip-hop video. Hmmmm

I agree with you 100% for the sisters, but the White girls... I don't know. Even Drake and Chris Brown might have the mark of Cain for them. (Or the mark of Ham, actually.) One drop rule.

The ones with the age restrictions would do better to post the "no thugs" warning. That might be as effective as the "no law enforcement" line, but at least they'd leave the door open for the young brothers with manners. And money.
