I am looking to go to vegas soon and get an escort. I have no experience but a friend just got back and horrible experience. He said they will charge you an up-front fee and then additional fees when she gets there for any services to be performed and it got way out of hand.
I have been looking at escort rates online and some will quote around $500 all inclusive with no tipping. Is that just the fee to get them to hang out with you for an hour and they charge you additional money for services? If so what is the going rate and any general tips for a newbie is appreciated. Need to know how much cash I should have for PSE or GFE.
There are plenty of independents in LV, sounds like your friend went the agency route. Try the LV board and check out ladies posting there. With TER and a VIP membership there is little reason to have a bad experience, especially in Vegas.

Posted rates in provider ads should be all inclusive. Don't trust the posted rates in a TER profile as they are not kept current (althugh if the profile is fairly new that info should be accurate). "Special" services like greek (sometimes tagged as PSE) may require an additional donation. You should clarify the donation amount prior to any meeting and have that amount in an envelope to discreetly place on the table when you arrive.
Las Vegas is slow right now, but Sept/Oct is busy. There are plenty of good choices, and a VIP membership will pay for itself many times over.
It's not the kind of place you want to go and "play it by ear", so start shopping seriously well in advance. Once you've got VIP, you can ask me privately and I can give you specifics.
