To each his own but I would much rather think of the acronym as receiving a Girl Scout 
(above 18yo of course)....
I'm glad DC has info on this - but as I recall, Lacey Diamond use to offer it also. Now that I think of it - maybe you were refering to her as one that was too scarey.
If you search this board you will find a thread that showed her rates and services which included GS (not girl scouts)
