Okay good cuz I got roasted the lat time I started one, so I thought only TER-designated people could start, like when we had a board moderater and then a semi-official greeter (i.e. GT1234), then after that it seemed like it was always WCman until he got banned then Der441 but it seems like he's retired, so I've been confused about the process, like did it need to be someone with at least 200 reviews or something like that

There is a section that says Shill Threads are not allowed but further down you'll find the Friday Shill Thread guidelines stating they are allowed on Friday. I don't know why anyone would have said anything to you for starting a Friday Shill Thread unless you didn't follow the guidelines.
