If Ford was so good at racing, they'd make a popular enduring sports car like Corvette or the 911 - and Mustangs don't count since their competition is Camaro not Corvette.

All the goodwill Delta built with me over the last couple of years vanished in 2 days. I realize that @#!% happens, but how you handle it separates the men from the boys. Delta screwed the pooch with me. I'm diamond medallion and got stuck in RDU after a weekend retreat @ Pinehurst. Monday was a total wash, I was scheduled to go through ATL to DFW on a 1st class (paid, not upgraded) ticket and it just wasn't gonna happen and they did put me up for the night. But they got me out Tuesday morning (well my 8am finally left @noon) routing me through Minneapolis. However my connecting flight to Dallas ended up getting cancelled. Overnight again on them. Could only get me on standby to DFW yesterday and when there was no availability by 4pm I just opted to fly home to Philly last night. Three wasted days. I do find it hard to believe that they don't have backup power.... one word Delta, 'Oneac', look into it!
