You're right. This is not an airline. But airlines can sell seats at different prices to different people because there are several sales channels. The  young ladies are obviously trying the same strategy.  The price you pay depends on where you saw her ad and what name she is using. It is a perfect example of why TER is so valuable. TER provides the hobbyist with more information with which to make an informed decision.
