...but I don't think that you are allowed to review a "free" encounter. Or is it that a review is not allowed unless some kind of "action" occurred? I've never been on the writing side of the review so I'm not sure.
So what happened? Did you not give her the donation? You're supposed to leave the donation (in the envelope) upon arrival.
Either way, I get what you're saying: TER Customer Service is seriously lacking. You can't get a question answered by them, but they're always happy to give you their unsolicited two cents. Welcome to TER!

that you have not revealed.
IME, TER admin leans heavily towards reviewers and their version of events. To have a review rejected on the grounds you mention (when a session ostensibly actually took place and money was exchanged) seems highly unusual if not unique.
It would be nice to hear a bit more detail, and to hear from both sides.

Do us all a favor and reveal the culprit. Otherwise this is just a rant against TER....for rejecting a review on a "he said - she said."
