I've been here for a few days now and ... really nothing much going on here. I've always heard atl was a great place to visit but why am I having so much trouble?

There are just lots of options here at or below your price point without those negatives and uncertainties. We are certainly blessed, but it can make it tough on touring ladies from higher price places.
the calendar on the website linked to your profile indicates you are in Harrisburg today and Cleveland yesterday. Obviously I have no reason to doubt you are who you say you are BUT....
Further - it's not like you did any promotion on the ad board BEFORE you arrived. I don't know about anyone else - but I really can't schedule last minute. And, honestly, it wouldn't have killed you to respond to a Thread or two or even start a reasonably interesting ThreAD of your own on this board. In other words, you really didn't promote well.
To add to what Tartus mentioned... if you are going to go the CBJ route in this town at that price point, you had better have a GREAT body. I am talking jaw dropping/drooling bikini model. I am really not getting that from your pictures. And if you aren't going to reveal your face... what have we got to work with here?

And... honestly, there is a LOT of good talent in town that I haven't seen. I have a list of providers I want to see for the first time.... and with the "rotation" of providers I already see, the list will open up in 2018 sometime... maybe... In other words, if you tour to Atlanta - you need to have something unique to offer

Please take all of the comments to your post in the spirit in which they are intended - as helpful (hopefully constructive) feedback on your question of "what's up Atlanta?" I agree with Tartus, Spin, and Mongo of their appraisal of the situation.
Atlanta is a great town with much to do and see, and fortunately (for us guys) there is a wealth of lovely providers here at all service and price points to choose from. But for a traveling provider that can be a bit of an issue.
As you are new, please take some friendly advice - the same I would offer to anyone. Do your homework. If you consider this a business (it is) market research will help you check out your "competitors." You need to find out what the market will bear. Or bare in your case. 
As they other gents pointed out we have many ladies here in the ATL that will (at least from what I gather from your profile) offer more bang for the buck. Pun intended. And they are a known quantity as (most of them anyway) reside here and post ads, and even participate on these boards. So we know them, or at least know of them.
You might also try to make acquaintances with a reputable lady or two in the city you are visiting. They might give you much needed advice on who's who, where to stay, what to see and do, who to double with (if you're into that sort of thing).
In business there are many strange bedfellows (teehee) and even "competitors" can be a helpful source of information and assistance if you know how the game is played. As a man with some experience under his belt (again, teehee) I can say Atlanta has some of the sweetest, sexiest, and most helpful ladies anywhere. So use them to your advantage. I know I do (once again, teehee).
I'm sorry you experienced some problems but don't let it dissuade you from enjoying our fine city. I wish you all the best.

I've been getting an absurd amount of cancellations this month too. July is just not that great for Atlanta.
And, like the other posters said, most ladies here do bbbj under 350.
