Don't like to drop the hammer but it is what it is. Had my third appt. with this young Hawaiian girl today. First time, after clearing all security hurdles, she emailed night before, cancelled for health reasons. Second time, everything worked and she turned out to be effervescent young woman, girlish really in her behavior and enthusiasms, but exceptionally skilled in the erotic department. Her BBBJ was a thing of art, as was her energy. Today, a dif story. Contacted her three weeks ago, set up appointment. Enjoyed several flirty emails with her. This week, she contacted me with hotel location. Only she had the date wrong. No big deal, but kind of a tip off. of, perhaps, a certain flightiness or unreliability. I changed the date to accommodate, because her offering was so swell. Contacted her this morning to reconfirm, and she replied warmly. Made the usual preps, drove 40 miles (to make it more amusing, it was snowing!) and showed up right on time. Called her as per her protocol, no answer. Called again, no answer. Checked my emails. "I'm sorry to inform you that I have come down with an allergy and will have to cancel our appointment today." This was sent t 2.23 for a 2.30 appointment. You have been warned.

If it was just the cancellation, one might give benefit of the doubt. But OP mentions a pattern of frustrating behaviors.

Op mentions two incidents where questionable cancellation occurs.

Shoot, Ive told many a guy to leave me alone, they continue pressuring me, and ignoring them does nothing but give them the idea that they should call and text bomb my phone.
Aside, the occurence may be genuine and health related. Maybe STIs? Maybe actual allergies? Probably allergic to latex for all we know, shit, bring this girl nonlatex supplies!
Personally, I get the feeling that his post was to be vindictive about something not mentioned; I find the situation suspicious on both sides and such detail was not necessary to convey a NCNS.

She was on my bucket list but since you are now the 3rd person to tell this story (1st to post publicly though), I have dropped her from my bucket.
2 more things if I may:
1) These "young" ladies must realize that our time is just as important as theirs (I say "young" because it seems to me that this happens more with younger ladies due to their lack of business experience and ability to not repeat their mistakes. When they get inundated with appointment requests, they try to do too much - I imagine some simply see dollar signs dancing in their head - and end up cancelling some in the same manner that happened to you - not usually a problem for a lady who knows the "business" end of things as well as the "personal" and knows her physical limitations). For whatever reason they give us for a last minute cancellation, they need to know that repeating the behavior is eventually going to be known by all and their business will eventually suffer because of it (a.k.a. learning the "business" end of things).
2) Despite what others may say and among other things, TER is here to allow us all to warn each other of people such as Kaliyah. It may sometimes be harsh to see and/or hear about, but the reality is that we all should know who to avoid if at all possible. Sure, there are some who will still try to see her even after reading what you posted, but that's at their discretion.
Thank you again for alerting us of this erratic behavior. As you said, people have now been warned and thanks to you, can now take the warning into consideration when thinking about trying to see the young lady.
i will say some behavior is an indication of future problems. sometimes actions are misinterpreted sometimes real.
i just know that when all of the prep for a date goes smoothly it ends up being a nice time.
If I get anything out of the ordinary it usually doesn't go well..

showed up at the appointed time as requested, started calling precisely 5 minutes before the hour as requested, happened to see a guy standing by the entrance to the back stairs also making repeated cellphone calls. He went up about 4 minutes before the hour. For my part I got no answer after about a dozen calls over 20 minutes, and no email either. Either I had an NCNS without explanation or she was double-booking and I was left waiting in the cold. I, too, have no other time to play today, this weekend, or frankly until maybe two weeks from now, so this is disappointing.
I was supposed to have a 5:30 PM appointment today and got an email cancellation notice at 920 AM today with a food allergy being the cause.
She canceled on me in advance in July when she came down with the flu.
I had an evening appointment today that she cancelled this morning within minutes of canceling yours. My appt was close enough after yours that she would have been hard pressed to launch you out the door and pull herself back together before I walked in. From reading these posts I suspect she double books and you have a 50-50 chance of being the appointment she decides to keep.

Cancelled on as well here. I am with Hammurabi, this is her second day of this. I wouldn't have started this thread but it has indeed been helpful.
I had a scheduled an 11:30 appointment with her today that I cancelled a few days ago - work was getting in the way of pleasure. Clearly it wouldn't have happened!
Indications are, she was counting cocks the day of, and tossing a coin to decide which ones got serviced. You might have made the cut.
OP's story, corroborated by several other posts, indicates a reliability problem with this provider.
I was interested in her, but learning of these bad experiences, I started scrutinizing and thinking, "She's really not that good looking." Initial hypnotism was overcome.
