you should treat scheduling providers like your about to take the rains of a sports team during draft time.  go for the pick you wan't, but have a few lined up incase things don't work out.  don't be afraid to tell a provider that something came up, but don't be an ass.  Never burn bridges!

Has not responded back to my time request for 5 hours now. I am a newbie, should I start looking for other providers or is this pretty normal? Is it OK to follow up? Thanks.
