Does a woman's looks prevail over their personality and or menu when you are looking around and why?
Personally, I look at their looks first, duh, but I always read the reviews to see if she has a personality that will interest me.
And yes, I always look for the menu but am able to work with what is offered and be happy about it.

It's probably a different decision for each person.
But for me, personality trumps beauty every time.
It seems to me that, given so many attractive ladies out there, beauty is easier to find than a personality compatible to my own.
So, given so many equally attractive ladies, personality becomes the tie breaker.
