The perils of hosting in residential buildings
I've seen a few and/or contacted a few providers in that neighborhood - usually Latins or East Europeans who take turns sharing an apartment when they are in town.
not surprising high foot traffic would tip of the neighbors.....I found this information through my Google Alerts. I could not find more online at this point in time.
