Absolutely they should change pictures that's just good marketing. Even if it is a selfie. Of course I have never posted pictures before but all these wonderful ladies we have are good enough with computers. I can think of one or two right off who have been posting the exact same picture every week for as long as I can remember. It keeps our interest ore when you don't know what to expect when they put up their add.

I try to constantly post different pics on a regular even if its a candid in Walmart

Verity or Variety?

Verity is a Truth.
Variety is the Spice of Life.  

I think you mean Variety, but in case you are asking "Isn't a Truth of pictures more enticing?", I'll comment.

So long as the pics are accurate, I really don't care.

That said, when you see the same pics year in, year out, you gotta have a doubt as to the Verity of those pics. Everyone changes in appearance. People should update their website portraits annually, if not more often, regardless of the business.

Some may think it's a scream of desperation. They don't want to appear to the audience that they're slow (it is very likely that they are happy with their business). They also say, you can change the picture, but the girl is the same. Would you rather go see a new girl or the same girl with the new picture up? Many gents would say: to see a new girl. Many experienced ladies won't update their pictures weekly because it won't make much of a difference in the business. I believe, unless you changed your hair color and the dress size, no need to take numerous pictures weekly.
