This really depends on the club and the 'atmosphere' in general. In certain clubs this is outright forbidden (Samya for instance), while it is very common in other clubs (all the smaller clubs in the Ruhrgebiet: Luder lounge, Neby, Arabella, Grimberg, Villa Venus, Freude, etc; but also Babylon, Bernds, FKK Dietzenbach)... most of the clubs where public action is common, have the girls quietly waiting for customers... so no real animation or party atmosphere...
