They can feel weird at times if not put in correctly. They are a good idea for doubles but I just don't love them. I have a client who brings them. He swears by them.

I'm not so sure. it definitely looks ridiculous having that thing hanging outside the vajayjay. Men are visual creatures, point blank...so yeah it distracts.
