I used to travel to Lexington, Kentucky and the agency there was operated by a guy and he took all the info-set the appointments, etc....it ran very smoothly - never an issue !
No different than any well run agency regardless if the key person was male or female !I have used a few agencies before in Florida and other places. And a few had guys answering the phones or emails. It didnt bother me, but i know it makes some guys uncomfortable.
