However, your boy Pence not only is against abortion as a religious position, he has wielded his religion as a sword to try to deprive women of their legal right to abortion.  In 2011, Pence proposed an amendment to try to defund Planned Parenthood.

This March, as governor of Indiana, Pence signed into law a ban on abortions sought because a fetus has an abnormality -- making the state's already restrictive abortion statutes even more restrictive. The new law also mandates that the remains of an aborted fetus be interred or cremated. This requirement also applies to miscarriages.
