I'm just saying that really everyone has their own comfort level when it comes to screening.  If it doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work for you.  I rely on references HOWEVER, it's because other ladies/agencies newbie screen that I know. This is not uncommon at all. Some ladies/agencies still require everything.  Can't really blame them as it's really their comfort level :)

Why do you suppose they require employment information when one has all types of other verification info? I am perplexed by this?

They're new, so they are being extra cautious even with verification from other agencies/ indies. WHY?? LE has been known to cut deals with provider(s) to get to the bigger fish. I was screened by LK and even though I gave them all the other info requested they did ask for employment info. As far as I know they did not contact my work (there aren't many people working where I do and one of them would have told me that someone called asking if I worked there)  

Bottom line, I didn't think it was a problem them asking. Safety 1st all around

Yes, I agree Sattv4u2!! Well said!    Also,  it's a good thing when agencies or indies screen. If they didn't,  then I'd probably worry for sure. Screening ensures the safety of not only the ladies but the gents too!

Screening is fine - I do it all the time - I am a member of 3 verification sites - but employment verification is something else - It is there perogative to do what ever they want - I will pass from utilizing that service as I really don't want all my coworkers to possibly know what I do on my free time

If you are visiting with the kind of ladies who you fear may cause you a work related issue, then you may be seeing the wrong kind of ladies, because in the this  post 9/11-BigBrother world most of that can be found easily anyway !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  T.L. is right we all have a different comfort level on both sides of this equation, often it is a matter of balance............suzee

Of course not, I am retired and I was verified through P411.  If you are willing to supply P411 requirement information, they will verify you. P411 states that any information that is sent to them will be destroyed upon verification.  Look up their website and get verified.
