The video is edited as to NOT show the shooting. Think that might be important information?
The police apparently were told there was a man with a gun, threatening suicide, and it also looks like it could have been a hostage situation, from the cops perspective.
They get to the scene and their demands are not obeyed.
A voice on the tape after the shooting says "I don't know who is guilty."
What does all this mean? Nothing.
We need WAY more info on this case.

Just watched. He was so nonthreatening and he made the best effort anyone could do to defuse the tense situation and explain what's going in a nonthreatening manner.
