What I do is when I do meet a really nice gal at an AMP, I ask for her name and cell phone number, then call her to set up the appointment for me when I want to go and see her again.
When I do this, I become her "boyfriend", and it's understood by the other gals that this is the reason for breaking the rotation rules.

Sometimes in my experience I've gone into a new to me MP and the girl behind the counter is beautiful. When I've asked if she is available sometimes they answer no. Usually because the girls go by rotation and it's not her turn.
What I began to do long ago in that situation is to ask her name and say I'll come back in a little bit.
