He really nailed the root cause of the problem: hate infecting our hearts. And I don't mean just the problem of being a black police officer today. I mean The Problem.
This video is pretty old so it might have been posted here before. It's one of the ugliest videos I've ever seen. I have so much respect and admiration for the officer in the video, to be able to take this kind of abuse without a word or reaction of any kind.

Next, he can tackle bullying among adults. 
White man isn't a threat, Black man isn't a threat, the real threats are false flags festering in the racist mind, spreading like a plague.
If Montrell Jackson's face book post a week before he was murdered doesn't touch your heart, you are cold as ice.
" Just days before he was shot and killed Sunday morning, a Baton Rouge police officer posted an emotional Facebook message saying he was "physically and emotionally" tired and expressing how difficult it was to be both a police officer and a black man"
"I swear to God I love this city but I wonder if this city loves me," Montrell Jackson wrote.
He said while in uniform he gets nasty looks and out of uniform some consider him a threat.
"I've experienced so much in my short life and these last 3 days have tested me to the core," the posting read."
"These are trying times. Please don't let hate infect your heart," Jackson wrote."
