Had a provider insist on a tip and we agreed on a price. She then wanted the tip in advance and only after she made the client become completely "comfortable". Client said his understanding was the tip came at the end. They agreed on menu and tip amount.
Client said he was happy to demonstrate that the tip funds were available and put it on the table and she could take it when she left. She insisted that the tip be given in advance direct. Client was concerned she would take the money and run and being in his birthday suite could not do anything about it. Conversation was cordial and polite.
Without trying to resolve or find some compromise provider acted offended and left taking the entire up front fee with her.
What is the proper way to handle this type of situation?
request or require "tips". Stick to established and well reviewed ladies here so you will not encounter surprises. For us, tips are never expected but greatly appreciated it. We will never ask for them at any point during the session, that is tacky.
Or she could have been an agency girl - Ive never met one of those who did ask for tips.

I always thought the agencies were a pretty safe bet since they did some initial screening of the providers and the regular providers were okay. In this case, I asked for one person and verified twice on the phone that that particular person would be showing up…. but did not get that person.
Otherwise, you can spend quite a bit of time calling providers…

That I have no answer for that doll - Ive never worked for one - possibly some of the gents have a better answer for you....And don't get caught up in thinking agencies screen their girls .... most are fly by night, make a quick buck - not all mind you - just most.

It is absolute and utter hogwash that agencies are inherently any better or any worse than independents. You just happened to pick one of the notorious baitnswitch/upsellers/self-tug operations in town. What you can do in the future is plan before you get to town. Research via reviews. Advertising venues and organizational structures ARE NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF ANYTHING when it comes to your experience with a particular individual. Past behavior however, is a much better indicator. PM reviewers if there is insufficient information in posted accounts. If you beat around in the bushes even a little, you'll also discover there are often better local sources of information in some places (ie Denver) than TER. Although if you'll use the tool proactively, TER has everything one needs to get you to a successful experience just about anywhere.
May I ask you a question. I will be seeing a provider soon for an 8 hour session. I do not have a cash tip but have bought a pair of lovely high heels (expensiv) in her size and I know it's her taste, as well as her favorite perfume (again, expensive). Do you think a young woman in your profession would be okay with these as gifts or should I have just put in extra cash? Thank you for your time but I wanted to make this upcoming session special.
