So you are looking for trips to Greece for you, or on the girl?
If for you from the male, it would depend on if you are bringing your own friend, or if you want the lady to bring a male friend.
If the lady is bringing the friend, and you are not doing Greek on her, yet receiving it from her bisexual male friend, I would assume you would be charged both her and her friend's rates. Male higher end escorts tend to run at lower rates than female higher end escorts.
If you want to do Greek on her, you may need to pay her premium rate for anal, and also the male friend's rate.
If you are looking to bring your own male, both guys would (hopefully) need to be fully screened, and the charge for that may simply be double her rate. So both of you guys pay her full rate.

If there was such a thing, while I don't condone it, would have the benefit of culling the ranks of "purposeful dumbasses."
