That London is referring to in her post.  While in my opinion I had a legitimate reason (being away with family on a personal trip) I completely understand where London and other touring providers stand on this.  I am TER whitelisted and I've never canceled an appointment or scheduled one and then skipped.  I have had this done to me several times by providers (recently by a top rated Cleveland provider who blew me off after we had a confirmed appt and I'd blocked off time specifically to see her)
Nonetheless I had planned to see London and thought we had a confirmed date and time for our appt.  I did not cancel.  However, apparently I didn't send another e-mail confirming again after we initially set the appt up.  At the end i guess its my fault and I accept responsiblity.
Sorry guys- hopefully the other gents will man up also like this "idiot" has done.  You live and learn and do better the next time.
