Attention ladies if you are black and born in the US, you are not exotic. Not by North American standards anyway. Tired of these backpage sisters throwing around exotic when really your from Detroit.

Are you saying that no one born in the US should ever use the word exotic to describe themselves? Or is your racist rant only targeted at black women born in the US? Because that's honestly how it sounds.
Plenty of folks are mixed-race, were born in the US, and have roots in other counties, including myself and some black women.
I would agree that the whole concept of exoticism is bullshit when it comes to human beings, but unfortunately those of us who are non-white in any manner are continually objectified as being "exotic", primarily by white folks, and told continuously by men that they are attracted to us because we look so "exotic". This is not an experience limited to non-black women, including for women born in the US. It's really our prerogative to decide whether we attach this marketing buzzword to our ads, considering we will be marked as and continually told we are "exotic" whether we use this word or not.
It's one thing to be annoyed by the use of the term in general, and I would agree that it's annoying to have to cater to objectifying ideas about race, but that's just a part of the business for any mixed-race or non-white provider. Well, some choose not up cater to these ideas, but we encounter them either way. While I think this is worth discussing, your comment targeting black women only for this practice is racist. Shouldn't an Asian woman born in Detroit also not be using that term, according to your standards? Do you assume that mixed-race black women don't exist?
I think I qualify because I am a sexy "mutt", lol: Scot/Irish/English, Portugese/Brazilian ...born in USA though so I'm an exotic american!

Maybe he is scared and saw the video warning on bare back sex bbfs. I think the chick in the video is black or Puerto Rican. There is also a video of a local guy who knowingly picked up a lady from a bar (in Montgomery county, Maryland ironically) and exposed her to HIV. He is in jail now.
