Yes, I LOVE MUSIC.  I usually have Pandora or I Heart Radio or Spotify on, and my stations of choice are: Sensual Beats, Desert Dwellers, Beats Antique, DownTempo, Massive Attack, Morcheeba...sometimes Chillout Lounge.

Hi everyone!
For my first date, I thought it would be nice to have a sultry playlist on when my gentleman arrived. I gathered all the sexiest songs I have and it did seem to set the mood...any thoughts? It really helped me relax, probably because I am familiar with them and how they make me feel individually. Also, I just love music so much so I always have some on when I can.

music is distracting.. Once I am done with the sex part, then if someone wants to put on some music while we pillow talk or grab a drink or what have you, I am cool with that..

I don't find music adds to the session.

Light jazz or piano in the background at very low levels is ok...and especially after we're 'done'.

Anything else is annoying.

as well as setting the mood -

some of the highest level providers I have ever enjoyed use a sound track - several actually - that help them know how the time is going and help them to manage the time in a way that is relaxed and transparent to the client....

I hadn't thought about it that way when I decided to make the playlist, but that is a VERY good point.

I prefer ask what kind of music they like... Gotta love ITunes Radio and Pandora

hard to go wrong with a sultry playlist.
Well done.
Also, if the lady is more comfortable, then I will be too (sucks when you are with a lady who gives off a vibe that should would rather be somewhere else).

I think it's a nice touch when a lady asks what type of music you like in advance. Sometimes it gives you something to talk about and sometimes it helps set the mood. For me, it is one of those little details that makes an appointment feel special.

Music is thoughtful and enjoyable and truth to tell once things get going I don't even notice it.

I have had a couple of providers turn in the TV and that is quite a turn off.

I suppose. I'll be sure to ask clients beforehand, but music tends to come up in conversation for me organically regardless.

Music is a great idea but discuss with the provider is usually helpful.

I am also a music lover and like to have it on whenever possible. I don't find it distracting at all.

I've had providers play me everything from new age, ambient techno, Kings of Leon, r&b, or even some hip hop to start me out with a nice lap dance. I don't like Country so that might be a turnoff, but otherwise, I think a persons musical tastes can give you an insight into what they are really like or into. I usually find that music enhances the mood and if it makes them feel more comfortable and sexy, then I'm all for it!

I LOVE Massive Attack. My favorite song of theirs is Paradise Circus and it so happens it was on that playlist I mentioned. Thank you for telling me yours stations of choice, I will certainly look into those.

instrumental music instead of people singing, which may be distracting. Smooth Jazz, classical, instrumental love songs etc...with candles (led battery operated) can always put people at ease and in the mood.

Yes, for me candles are a must; I like to set a certain ambiance for these types of encounters. I can't seem to get into any type of jazz! Well actually no, I really like the opening theme to the show Homeland, but that's all I can really recall off the top of my head.

Kudos on the playlist! You don't have to worry about corny or distracting commercials. I know when listening to Pandora they like to throw in a song that leaves you staring like WTH where did that come from?! Lol I hate it. I pay for service on Spotify and for 10 bucks a month you can create unlimited playlists for pretty much whatever mood you are in. They have just about everything you can think of, and you can even download the playlists to your app so you do not run up your data. AWESOME!

With music you just have to keep in mind that everyone's taste may vary, so while we might have a favorite artist we listen to, it might be distracting for our guests. Soundescapes are pretty neutral, smooth/classic jazz as well and both can be played just to fill the room.

I love when I am with a friend whom I've seen before, because I LOVE music so I know whatever I play we are both comfortable with. I totally agree with you on the personal mood certain songs can put us in! Fun to certain songs/artists only make the horizontal mamba even sweeter ;)
