to express your concern to her - but perhaps she was too out of it for this?
If things were really that bad, I think I would have expressed my concern, then left early, saying I'd meet again another time when she was better.  I think you should write her a short note of your concern, even if for no other reason than to help her realize that whatever she has going on, it really affected her performance, and thus will likely have an impact on her business if it continues.
One encounter over two years gone wrong and it's an issue?...lol. I understand money is spent but even Jordan had 6-27 shooting games.

Yesterday I saw a provider who I have seen regularly for the past two years. She visits DC often from her home in NYC. On this particular meeting everything seems off. She was dull, listless and she could hardly keep her eyes open. She was noticeably wheezing but denied she was sick. It seemed like she was drugged but I didn't know if it was an overdose of antihistamines or more serious and illegal drugs.

In the past we have always had lively conversations, and yesterday she had little to say. It was like she was walking through the motions. Her performance and excitement dropped from her usual 9/10 to a 6.7

Since I like her, should I write and say anything or just move on

everyone has a bad day...

figured the entire body of work would be your review especially if you seen her a bunch of times. If the next couple of times is not up to par you could say she was good for a couple of years and then her quality dropped off.

A lot of guys are one and done...but I feel if you see the same girl for a long time you should explain the body of work if possible and not just one encounter.

...even if he's 0-30 he's gonna keep shooting...Really Kobe?!?!?!?  That's he'll never be Jordan-Like.  I hope he hurry's to retirement

He's not asking if he should give a bad review or stop seeing here he's asking if sending a note would be ok. Seems reasonable to me though always a risk it offends her. Maybe she has the bad cold that's going around and thought she could work if she took a lot if meds.

Give the provider the benefit of the doubt.  Could be sick? Did not want to miss you but if if should happen again then  you know what to do.

There is only one provider in your review history that fits the profile. Even if it is not her, people will start to speculate which is not fair to her.

the number of people who will look to do this now!
lol, perhaps a PM might have been the better choice in this instance...
