Is there a discreet way to tell a female that she is less than spring time fresh and should take a little better care of her hygiene?
I know all about the whole suggesting a mutual shower together, but I'd rather not spend countless minutes in the shower for something that should be a no-brainer. Besides soap isn't the best thing for pH and the most delicate of places from what I understand.

I visited a popular lady and asked to freshen up. To my dismay, I found some 'organic' matter floating in the toilet bowl, which did not enhance my mood.

Or.....you might want to be a little less subtle and say something along the line of:
"Damn-You need to wash that Ass and Cooch/Nut sack (as appropriate )" !!!
Google "vaginal fistula" ; do yourself a favor and DON'T look at the pictures... there's obviously less serious versions of this that will cause some truly objectionable odors...
