The consensus seemed to be you should pay in 30-40 bills or less if possible. If you're paying 200 bucks 20s are fine. If you are paying 2 grand, pay in hundreds.

I usually pay in nickles and dimes. Hit the penny slots at the Indian Casino, just don't cash in or use those pesky cards
I always try to stop & get Benjamins to pay for services after getting my Jacksons from the ATM.
I usually do this the day b4 I go & try not to stop at the same bank every time to ask for the big bills.
