I believe bye woman in question was listed on a site used by two if my ATFs who are in town this week. I'd live to see them, but this made me nervous. Sorry for the alias but I want to stay in my ATFs' good graces.

It depends with whom the fault lies. If it was the screener bad screening that resulted in LE infiltration then I would be avoid at any cost. If it was the girl who caused it by her own doing then I might give it a second thought.
But since its almost impossible to know the exact truth, I would err on side of caution.
The provider in question is no longer with the agency for whatever reason...and I'm guessing the dynamic duo which one is your favorites, are available.
So, if you're really paranoid, wait for a few more new reviews to pop-up (which they will) of the providers and then go forward.
