I made an afternoon appointment with a gal for the following day. When I called back she thought I'd been a "no show" the previous day. Once the confusion was cleared up we had a great session! I was sorry she'd thought shed been stood up but she seemed to take it in stride. I'm sure this sort of thing happens occaisionally but if it becomes 6 times in a brief visit I can understand your consternation.
