I started back in the hobby a year ago after some years away. I found that getting a P411 account was a good start. Their verification process was enough of a foundation for a couple of local agencies to take a chance on me. I went first with agencies as they could provide an okay. Once I had a couple of those, I was good to go. Indies could perhaps provide okays as well, but doing the agencies first, then extending out from there seemed to make the most sense.
