I can't speak to either of those but...

I have been to M&M near Springfield/Kingstowne a few times and really like it.  Very professional and attentive service.  Visited Silver Rain in Tysons once.  Very good but out of the way for me.  And then there is Sun Therapy in Annandale.  Visited once, four hand massage, and they told me that they really value repeat customers.

I will note, however, that G&G and Silver Rain were the subject of a bust back in 2011.  Take that for what it is worth.

Posted the following in the "Massage Parlor" board, but I think that it is also a "Regional" question and I feel that users of the DC board are perhaps more likely to have the answers (my apologies if this is not the correct way to post).

Thank you for the info!
Related question... Like you said, repeat customers tend to get more/better service. What is your approach when you go to a new place?
Do you tell them you frequent another place?
Do you just pretend that you have been there before?

The AMPs did not advertise for extra service and I suspect that you're looking for more.
