If you are picking up the phone and calling up random ladies you will probably not get much luck with providers in the upper echelon, unless you want to go the Backpage route. It doesn't work that way anymore like it used to work in late 90s or early 2000s.
You need to start with a friendly email, provide your verification info such as Date-Check/P411 etc. You could provide your TER ID if you have board posting history and/or Reviews, but since you have none, that's no good.
