Trump is really, really bad at math, or he's unclear on the concept of how the Supreme Court works. It could be both I guess! ;)

Or, it could just be his usual MO: Just say shit to say shit, and hope his follows, mindlessly, believe it! ;)

Maybe quad would like to clarify MR. Trump's remarks.  He speaks the same language as MR. Trump - "Moron."

I was recently in Europe and many European's were wondering out loud WTF is wrong with us. I told them it gets even worse, because there's a good chance Trump could become POTUS. Oh and by the way, I do not see HRC EVER being indicted, TPTB are completely terrified about a President Trump

IMO, mindless is anyone who blindly follows  Huff & Puff reasoning, though definitely not as dumbed down and ignorant as  Daily Kooksters.

One thing I've noticed about most liberals, especially  flunkies at the Huff &Puff, they're rather closed minded and boxed in, often failing to consider all the options.

Whether you agreed with or despised Justice Scalia, most people with a coherent  mind realize,
Justice Scalia  was a top of the class  debater.

Perhaps Mr. Trump holds the belief,  in  the  Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt , decided in a 5-3 vote without Justice Scalia, might have changed the outcome to 5-4 loss for the abortion movement, if Scalia was alive and available to present his reasoning with his eloquent debating skills.

I'd ask MR. Trump if I had a direct line, in the meantime I'll ask my Boss if she believes  I'm on track for a promotion in the Mr. Trump for President Campaign.    :-

“Now if we had—Scalia was living,..."

An option has to be possible to even qualify as being an option. The one you propose is impossible, since Scalia is dead, hence it's just meaningless to even bring it up! Just like your remark: "Whether you agreed with or despised Justice Scalia, most people with a coherent  mind realize,
Justice Scalia  was a top of the class  debater."

The only relevant part of his remark is:

"or if Scalia was replaced by me, you wouldn’t have had that, OK? It would’ve been the opposite."

You ignored the relevant portion of his remark. And, even if Trump did replace Scalia, it may have been with someone with the same conservative views as Scalia; if you really believe what he says, I don't, but would not have been with someone of his stature. Perhaps you can point out where a new member of the Supreme Court convinced another justice to vote his or her way.  ;)

I'm not certain if you're up for a promotion, but perhaps Trump will let you wear his Tim Tebow helmet for an hour!  You know, the one he spend his own hard earned money on!  ;)

So, even this part of his remark is highly improbable to next to impossible.
